02Technology

Engineered for Performance

01

Raw Material

Polyethylene granulate is received, checked against specification and dried before it enters the line.

02

Compounding

The melt is dosed with a foaming agent and a nucleating additive - the ratio here decides the final cell size.

03

Extrusion

The material is extruded and expands as it leaves the die, forming the closed-cell structure that carries the insulation value.

04

Lamination

Lavsan or foil facing is bonded in line, and self-adhesive grades receive their adhesive and liner in the same pass.

05

Quality Control

Every batch is checked for density, thickness, cell structure and bond strength of the facing before it is released.

06

Cutting and Packing

Product is cut to the ordered width and length, wound, marked and packed for dispatch.

04Our Production

Inside the Plant

Extrusion, lamination, cutting and packing all happen on site, which is what makes cut-to-size supply a normal order rather than an exception.

Production footage is being prepared.

06Why THERMOGOODS

Built on Six Commitments

01

Own Manufacturing

Full control over the line — from fibre to packed pallet — so specification and lead time are ours to guarantee.

02

Engineering Expertise

Our engineers work on the drawing, not on the catalogue page. Every non-standard case gets a calculated answer.

03

Quality Control

Density, thickness and facing bond are checked on the line, so a deviation is caught in the batch that caused it.

04

Custom Solutions

Thickness, density, facing, format and packaging are configured to the project, not to the warehouse.

05

Stable Supply

Planned production capacity and stock policy keep large projects on schedule.

06

Technical Support

Installation guidance, calculations and on-site consultation throughout the project.

How much insulation does it take

Set the operating conditions and see what the layer does. The section on the right is drawn to the numbers on the left.

Indicative figure: steady-state conduction through the insulation layer at λ = 0.035 W/(m·K), surface resistances excluded. It does not replace a design calculation.
