Polyethylene foam, 2–10 mm, faced with aluminium foil and supplied without adhesive. Used in underfloor heating and other insulation assemblies. Installation and protective layers follow the floor system requirements. The reflective contribution of foil depends on the assembly and an adjacent air gap.
